Cole's Wish

Cole is 21 years old—an age when life is supposed to be about college, friends, building a career, and imagining everything that comes next. Instead, Cole is balancing full-time college with dialysis while waiting for a kidney transplant. Away from home, he is navigating treatments, exhaustion, and the difficult side effects of dialysis while doing everything he can to stay enrolled and keep moving toward his goals. Cole loves being on the water, fishing and boating with friends and family, playing sports, attending games, spending time with his dog, Dre, and being home for the holidays. He dreams of building a career in intelligence and national security and having the freedom to simply live the life of a typical 21-year-old. Cole has shown incredible strength through all of this. But what he needs now is something he cannot accomplish through determination alone. He needs someone willing to give him the chance to leave dialysis behind—and get back to building the future he has been fighting so hard for.
