Trumann High School GT 2017 field trip video project

The identified gifted students at the Trumann high school focused on WW2 and the Holocaust during our monthly meetings in 2016-17. We viewed several documentaries, especially interviews with concentration camp survivors and read books such as Balthazar retold and illustrated by Maurice Sendak, which provides an overview of the children's Oprah performed by Jewish children at the infamous Terezin concentration camp. GT students had many discussions and responded through art and writing.
